IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:
This year BAND PASSES and GUEST LIST passes will NOT be in the BOX OFFICE (that’s just for ticket purchases) it is in the same place as last two years.
BAND & GUEST PASSES LOCATION
You will find the office for your passes located in CHURCH ST opposite St Johns Church.
You can use the postcode for FY1 1HU to find it.
This area is pedestrianised so please park first and then make your way to the band / guest box office.
Upon arrival please go and collect your band passes. Please also tell your guests to collect from here too.
THIS YEAR WE ARE OPERATING A £5 donation to the MND ASSOCIATION for all guests. Please make your guests aware of this so they are prepared when picking up their passes.

All bands will have been sent an online form to fill in. This is the ONLY way that we can co-ordinate passes. Please make sure this is done by the deadline of Friday 5th July.
You need to nominate a NAMED band or crew member to collect the passes and supply their phone number as security.
You need to list the NAME and ROLE of each person requiring a pass on your form.
If you were allocated a guest list then please submit the names in the box. Guests are for the day you play only.
THURSDAY ARTISTS
We need to give all artists playing on Thursday priority in picking up their passes. So on Thursday there will be 2 queues. One exclusively for artists playing on Thursday and one for all other artists. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THE THURSDAY QUEUE if you’re not playing on Thursday. Even if it looks shorter and you think it will be a good way of getting to the front of the queue. They will NOT have your bands details so you will have to join the back of the other queue and start all over again!
